PURPOSE:To provide the title composition sinterable at temperatures of as low as <=1080 deg.C, also causing no impairment of its electrical properties even if calcined in a reductive atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) the chief component of generic formula A(Bi2O3.BTiO2)+(100- A){Sr100-X-YPbXCaY)(Ti100-ZZrZ)O3} (where, A, B, X, Y and Z are each expressed in mol%, satisfying the relationships: 0<=A<=10, 0.8<=B<=8, 0<=X<=100, 0<=Y<=70 and 0.5<=Z<=20) with (B) 0.1-30wt.% of a subcomponent of generic formula aLi2O+bRO+cB2O3+(100-a-b-c)SiO2 (where, R is at least one kind selected from Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba; a, b and c are each expressed in mold, satisfying the relationships: 0<=a<20, 10<=b<=55 and 0<=c<40. |
