摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To prevent incurring of a pressure loss during a suction stroke and the generation of noise and fatigue and to reliably reduce incurring of a pressure loss during high compression ratio operation during an exhaust stroke and the generation of noise and fatigue, and to reliably prevent incurring of a pressure loss during low compression ratio operation. CONSTITUTION:Continuity passages 21 are radially formed between the top part of each bore 1b and a central axis hole 1a, and a rotary valve 22 is synchronously rotatably coupled to a drive shaft 6. The rotary valve 22 comprises an intake air passage 25 through which the continuity passage 21 of each bore 1b at a suction stroke is orderly communicated to a suction chamber 17 and a delivery passage 27 through which the continuity passage 21 of the bore 1b at a delivery stroke is orderly communicated with a delivery chamber 18. A flapper delivery valve 19 opened even by a pressure in a bore during low compression ratio operation is located between the top part of each bore 1b and the delivery chamber 18.</p> |
