PURPOSE:To obtain the subject formed product, excellent in flavor, disintegrating properties, solubility and keeping quality and useful as a solid seasoning, etc., by including sodium hydrogencarbonate which is an inflating agent and potassium hydrogentartrate which is an acidifying agent, etc., in a formed product of seasonings, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective formed product is obtained by including (A) 1-10wt.% sodium hydrogencarbonate as an inflating agent and (B) 2-25wt.% potassium hydrogentartrate and/or 0.5-10wt.% fumaric acid as an acidifying agent in a formed product of seasonings and soups. |
