PURPOSE:To shorten the term of work of a prefabricated house with air- conditioning facilities by installing the supporting member of an air conditioner, a piping and an end connection for a wiring to a wall panel. CONSTITUTION:A wall panel 1, in which wooden longitudinal crosspieces 3 and horizontal crosspieces 4 are mounted to flat steel 2 assembled in a latticed shape and an external panel 5 such as a color iron plate is mounted on the outdoor side of the flat steel 2, is formed. Supporting members 8a, 8b made of steel are fixed to the lower section of the panel 1 while a unit hanging strut 17 and a stay 18 for reinforcement rare set up to the support members. The indoor machine 10 and outdoor machine 11 of an air conditioner are placed and fastened to the supported members 8a, 8b respectively. A through-hole 16 is formed to the panel 1, and the indoor machine 10 and the outdoor machine 11 are connected by a refrigerant piping 14 and a power wire 15. A wire is stretched over the strut 17 and the panel 1 is hung up, and the panel 1 is installed among the columns of a building. Accordingly, air-conditioning facilities can be operated instantaneously only by being connected to a main power supply after a wall panel unit is executed, and the term of work can be shortened. |
