The drum brake comprises a leading shoe (2), a trailing shoe (2') connected to the leading shoe by a anchor plate (4), which is provided on a back plate by a bolt (5). The anchor plate is movable because a compressive member (7) is inserted into the circumference of the bolt. The compressive member made from a rubber or a urethane resin is compressed, when it is pressed from the leading shoe or the trailing shoe.
