PURPOSE:To obtain the subject additive, consisting essentially of a specific fine granular cellulosic material, excellent in taste and color tone without any sandiness and useful for preventing adult diseases such as diabetes. CONSTITUTION:The objective additive consisting essentially of (A) a fine granular cellulosic material having 0.3-6mum average grain diameter of 50% equivalent volume and >=25% equivalent volume ratio of grains having <=3mum grain diameter. Furthermore, the amount of the additive added based on the rice is preferably >=5g cellulosic content for one meal. |
