PURPOSE:To highly remove pollutants in water by enhancing the concn. of bacteria of biological oxidizing treatment and to also remove the suspended matter in water at the same time by flocculation treatment. CONSTITUTION:A biological treatment promoting material becoming a bacteria carrier is added to a slurry circulating type flocculation sedimentation treatment device from a biological treatment promoting material charging part 10 and, while the material is circulated and returned along with a slurry, biological oxidation treatment enhanced in the concn. of bacteria and flocculation sedimentation treatment are simultaneously performed for advanced water purifying treatment.
