PURPOSE:To realize a broad capture range by realizing a charge pump being a component of the phase locked loop circuit used for reproducing a data signal or the like recorded on a recording medium with a circuit with low power consumption and less offset and combining the circuit with a frequency phase comparator. CONSTITUTION:A charge pump is provided with 1st and 2nd integration circuits 302, 303 converting a pulse width of a phase lead signal and a phase lag signal INC, DEC from a phase comparator into a voltage, a circuit 301 generating a signal TRESET resetting the integration circuits to a zero potential just before they start integration from the INC signal and the DEC signal, and a voltage - current conversion circuit 304 receiving two integration output voltages at its differential input terminals and outputting an averaging current in response to the voltage difference. |
