PURPOSE:To keep the boiling time constant even if the state of a heated object differs or the input voltage is fluctuated by suppressing the input power fluctuation during low-power heating when the heated object is boiled at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:An input current detecting circuit 14 detecting the input current of an inverter circuit 10, an input voltage detecting circuit 12 detecting the voltage, and a temperature detecting element 16 detecting the temperature of a heated object 15 are provided, and a control circuit 11 heats the heated object with high power from the start of cooking until the soup of the heated object 15 seethes by the setting of an input device 17. The boiling mode in which it is heated for a fixed period with low power thereafter is provided, when the input power is fluctuated from the standard value due to the fluctuation of the input voltage or the load state during the heating with low power, the excitation factor of the inverter circuit 10 is reset so that the input power is corrected to the standard input power. |
