PURPOSE:To facilitate position alignment of a chip capacitor, to prevent a short circuit due to outflow of solder, and the like, and thereby to attain an improvement in reliability and reduction of the cost by providing an opening for mounting the capacitor. CONSTITUTION:An opening 5 for mounting a capacitor is provided in the surface of a ceramic board 1 and a capacitor connecting pad 6 provided in the bottom of the opening 5 for mounting the capacitor is connected with a capacitor electrode 8 of a chip capacitor 7 by solder 11. |
