PURPOSE:To prevent the fall of a residual core, and to smoothly move the residual core to its temporary reservoir. CONSTITUTION:After a supporting shaft on a operation side is moved outward in the axial direction, and the engagement of the above supporting shaft with a hole on a residual core managing side is loosened, the residual core 14 is moved toward the supporting shaft on the operation side by a transferring device 40 to release engagement between a hole on the driving side of the residual core 14 and a supporting shaft on a driving side for transferring the residual core 14 onto a residual core recovery device 12. In addition, an unforeseen slide between a clamp bar 30 and the residual core 14 occurring in the case where the residual core 14 is held by a clamp bar 30 and moved by the transferring device 40 is prevented by a serrated irregular part provided on the residual core contact face of the clamp bar 30. |
