<p>PURPOSE:To cut access time of a memory, and to improve responsibility by providing a data access control means that can transmit data read from a memory means, to a carrier control means. The editing of carrier route is carried out by the operator in a step 4, and it is judged whether the editing is completed, by the host computer in a step S5, and when completed, proceed to a step 6, and when not yet completed, return to the step 4. It is investigated in the step 6 whether the contents of the edited carrier route are the same as those of registered carrier route, by the host computer, while it is judged whether there is the same route as the edited carrier route, in a step 7, and if there is, proceed to a step 8, where the edited contents are erased.</p> |
