PURPOSE:To provide an agent for improving flavor, composed of gamma-linoleic acid, capable of adjusting flavor, giving mildness, effective for diseases such as allergic coryza thrombosis and hyperlipemia, excellent in palatability and useful for diets, etc. CONSTITUTION:An objective agent for improving flavor, obtained by adding gamma-linoleic acid preferably in an amount of 0.04-4wt.% to a diet such as sausage, ham, a steamed fish-past cake in the shape of a half cylinder, cream or butter. |
