<p>PURPOSE:To perform laminating alumina sheets with high accuracy of positioning by taking positioning markers as a basis. CONSTITUTION:A slide mechanism 27 which is equipped with CCD cameras 19, 20 at the heads and moves them forwards and backwards from the outside to the inside is provided. Next, a X axis stage 4, a Y axis stage 5 and a thetaaxis stage 6 are operated and adjusted, set to positioning markers 3a, 3b whose image is picked up on the surface of an alumina sheet 2 to determine punching positions of the alumina sheet 2. After that, the alumina sheets 2 punched by related action of a press unit 12 and a receiver plate 16 are laminated in a rectangular hole 13 of a laminating frame 14.</p> |
