摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the heat-fusion strength of a heat sealing section sufficiently even when low molecular weight components bleed on film surfaces by roughening the film surfaces so that low molecular weight component films on the film surfaces are broken when the roughened film surfaces are thermally fused mutually. CONSTITUTION:A film surface is roughened by using embossing rolls 231, to surfaces of which embosses having the height of 0.5-1.0mum of one cooling roll and a diameter of 2.0-3.0mum at intervals of 1.0-2.0mum are formed, in the cooling rolls of a cooling device when a film is manufactured. When the surfaces 11 of the film 10 are superposed mutually, held between a heating upper plate 41 and a heating lower plate 42 and thermally fused through a heat sealing method as an external heating method by heat and pressure, low molecular weight component films hindering heat fusion are broken largely by heat and pressure at the time of heat sealing because the surfaces of thermally fused surface are roughened, and novel interfaces are formed on the thermally fused surfaces, thus increasing the fusion strength of the thermally fused surfaces.</p>
