PURPOSE:To perform the automation of pouring of molten metal readily and inexpensively by performing respective operations with one power control source through link mechanism and the construction of a ladle. CONSTITUTION:When downward force is acted to a hydraulic cylinder 2 by the command for feeding molten metal, a rack 8 lowers and a gear 11 revolves left, causing an inner arm 13 to revolve left. Further, an arm 15 revolves left about a pin 12. A ladle 20 is forced up by the buoyancy of molten metal 41, is stopped upon contacting of the projecting part 24b of a detaining hand 24 with a pin 18 and the pin 18 is pushed downward. When the molten metal 41 enters the ladle 20 inside, the ladle is stopped by the detaining part 24a of the detaining hand 24. After this, the inside arm 13, outside arm 15 and middle arm 17 are rotated further left by the command for supply of molten metal, then the level of the molten metal 41 in the ladle 20 is lowered below the notched groove 21 and there is no more spilling of molten metal. Further, the arms 13, 15, 17 rotate left and when the ladle 20 comes to the pouring position, the link part 28a of the collar abuts on the bolt 34 of the flange part 15a of the outside arm 15 and the ladle tilts left rapidly, causing the molten metal 41 to be poured into the hopper 50a of a casting machine 50. |
