CONSTITUTION:In a vector controller for an induction motor IM comprising a vector control circuit 4 receiving a torque current command IT*, an exciting current command TO* and a primary voltage angular speed omegaO, a slip operating circuit 5 for calculating a slip angular speed omegaS from the current commands IT*, IO*, and an adder 11 for adding the slip angular speed omegaS to a rotational speed omegaN to obtain the primary voltage angular speed omegaO, a primary delay circuit 6 having time constant corresponding to the response of current control system for the vector control circuit 4 is connected between the slip operating circuit 5 and the adder 11 in order to compensate for the slip.
