Transfusion and perfusion device of the type comprised of two pressure bags communicating by means of a calibrated pressure-reducing valve (6), each pressure bag being comprised of an inflatable pressure balloon (3, 4) having the same shape as its envelope. Said balloon (3, 4) is held in an envelope. An inflating device (7) provides for the inflation of the pressure balloon (3), and a means (8) ensures verticality of the drip. Said device is characterized in that both envelopes providing for the holding of the two balloons (3, 4) are flexible and are each provided with a sleeve (10, 11) intended to receive the flexible pouch (12) of the perfusion product in such a way that the pressure balloon (3) contained in its envelope may be inflated to a high pressure and therefore may act as a pressure balloon in order to provide the flow rate necessary for life support. The invention applies to the medical and veterinary fields.
