摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the active matrix type liquid crystal display device which enables picture element defect repair using a laser and hardly sacrifices display electrode area. CONSTITUTION:This liquid crystal display device is equipped with an array substrate where a thin film transistor(TFT) formed on an insulating substrate, a display electrode connected to the source electrode of the TFT, and an auxiliary capacity electrode connected to the display electrode are arranged in matrix nearby the intersection of a row selection line and a column selection line, and a conductor 47 which overlaps with the respective electrodes and are not connected electrically is formed between a 1st display electrode 38 among display electrodes and a 2nd display electrode 45 which is arranged nearby the intersection of the row selection line and column selection line adjacently to the 1st display electrode.</p>
