<p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of syntax analysis in a machine translation system and to improve the supporting efficiency of pre-edit. CONSTITUTION:Translation processing in the machine translation system in which translation from first language to second language is performed is executed by reading a text in first language(11), dividing the text into words, extracting a word string appearing for plural times. extracting the word string with high appearing frequency or the word string with high number/rate of multi-part of speech word in the word string as the candidate of a compound word (12) selecting the compound word to be translated as a block out of compound word candidate (14), and inputting a pre-edit mark to a selected compound word as translation supporting information (15).</p> |
