PURPOSE:To improve the performance of the mobile communication system by enabling busy channel changeover even when a cell area of a mobile set is transferred rapidly. CONSTITUTION:Each base station arranged to adjacent cell areas has a common radio channel of a same frequency and a 1st base station in busy with the communication terminal equipment switches the connection with the communication terminal equipment to the common radio channel (102) at the transfer between cell areas of the communication terminal equipment and a control station making exchange connection control between the communication terminal equipment and a stationary network via the base station selects a base station making connection control of a radio line with the communication terminal equipment (109) based on communication quality with the communication terminal equipment through the common communication channel of each base station adjacent to the 1st base station (103-108). |
