<p>PURPOSE:To provide a joint that is capable of setting a branch pipe to a main sewer pipe by means of a boring method when using a hard vinyl chloride pipe as the main sewer pipe. CONSTITUTION:A pair of housing members 4, 4 are provided to a lock pipe 3 being fitted in a branch pipe setting hole 2a of a main sewer pipe 2, and a sealing member 5 is installed astride the paired housing members. These housing members are attached to a main sewer pipe so as to press it, whereby an interspace between an outer circumferential surface of the main pipe and an inner circumferential surface of the housing member is sealed up.</p> |
