An adhesive film comprising at least one primary agent layer comprising a cyanate ester resin having a molecular weight of from about 150 to about 2,000, and a thermoplastic resin having a molecular weight of from about 3,000 to about 200,000, and at least one catalyst layer comprising from about 0.01 to about 10 parts by weight of at least one curing agent selected from the group consisting of organometallic compounds, metal chelates, and organic metal salts, and a thermoplastic resin having a molecular weight of from about 3,000 to about 200,000, wherein the sum of the thermoplastic resin in both the primary agent layer and the catalyst layer is from about 10 to about 300 parts per 100 parts cyanate ester resin. |
