PURPOSE:To disable an unrequired frequency signal to pass through an element by providing a shield electrode between input and output electrodes and also by nearly equalizing electrostatic capacities between an input-side stem pins and two output- side stem pins as to a stem. CONSTITUTION:The input electrode consisting of a couple of comb line electrodes 31 and 32 and the output electrode consisting of a couple of comb line electrodes 33 and 34 opposing to the input electrodes are mounted and fixed on stem 36. Then while shield electrode 42 is provided between the input and output electrodes, projection part 43 is provided between stem pin 38 and stem pin 40 at the same side with regard to stem 35 and this projection part 43 and electrode 42 are connected together. As a result, electrostatic capacity C2, between pins 38 and 40 becomes nearly equal to electrostatic capacity C1' between pins 38 and 39 to eliminate the generation of induction between pins 39 and 40 and even when outputs from pins 39 and 40 are supplied to the differential amplifier, etc., a rise in trap point of frequency characteristics is lessened, so that an unrequired frequency signal can be cut off. |
