<p>A valve assembly (10) having normally-open and normally-closed valves (88,96) selectively controlled by solenoids (16,18) to provide various connected and disconnected arrangements between a pressure inlet (148) and a pressure outlet (126) to provide four possible modes of operation in a fluid system, namely a pressure-apply mode, a pressure-hold mode, a pressure-release mode and an air-bleed mode.
