A spray station for the bottle cleaning machine has a spray device which generates a jet (16) of the treatment liquid under pressure. Precise positioning of the nozzles (15) and centring the bottles (4) in the centring-section (10) of the bottle cell (8) ensure direct entry of the liquid jet into the bottle. The support device (17) has clamping elements (23) connected to the adjustment device (19,25) to hold the bottles in position during their inner spraying.
