PURPOSE:To manufacture a flat wire harness including joint circuit boards wherein the pressure connection parts of the installed electric wires with circuit conductors are protected and fixed certainly. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of circuit conductors (junction bars 4) are installed inside of a case (circuit base board 3), and a plurality of joint circuit boards 2, 21, 22... provided with connectors 5, 5' leading to circuit conductors are arranged at a certain spacing at one end of this case. Electric wires 7 are installed between these relay circuit boards and connected with the desired circuit conductor to form a circuit leading to the connector, and then the installed parts of the electric wires and each relay circuit board are coveed with protector sheets 15, 15'. Thus a flat wire harness is manufactured. The protector sheet 15 is made by providing a self-fusion attaching layer 17 of butyl rubber, etc., over a plastic film 16, while the other 15' is made by providing an adhesive layer 18 of heat fusion attaching property at both edges. |
