PURPOSE:To realize the flexible operation of a power system by measuring on the spot at real time the voltage and the reactive power at the installation point of a phase modifying facility which is positioned in a load area for estimating a reactance behind the system and by calculating and deciding the control of the phase modifying facility. CONSTITUTION:An online value of the voltage and reactive power of the system at the installation points of phase modifying facilities 41, 42 is detected by an A/D converter 77 and based on the result, a calculation and judgement process is performed at a microcontroller MCU78 and the result is exchanged with the data of an outside phase modifying facility controlling board 81 or the data of an outside tap switch controlling board 82 for exchanging information with other electric houses. The system is constituted of interface circuits 79a, 79b which performs the above processes. In a processing program, the operational condition of a state device of the system is used as an input of a device 7 and from the value of the input a reactance behind the system is estimated. Based on the estimated result, the optimum control operation for the present condition of the system is decided by calculation and then the operation amount of the reactive power and of voltage tap is decided. |
