<p>PURPOSE:To select a timing signal from plural patterns in the case of connecting a memory delaying the response time. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 6 of the timing generator is controlled according to a signal h from a control register 9 for selecting generation timing or from an instructing means 23 instead of the register 9 in addition to a control signal j for extending the timing, and the generation timing of a timing signal can be generated for plural kinds [signal e or g]. Thus, in the case of connecting the memory delaying the response time, the timing signal can be selected from the plural patterns, and the timing pattern can be freely selected corresponding to the purpose of use. Further, since the selection reduces the limit of the timing signal, a microcomputer can be accelerated.</p> |
