<p>PURPOSE:To provide method for treating a styrene resin foam by which styrene resin foams can be efficiently transported to, e.g. a disposal plant without occupying a large space and which neither generates black smoke nor damages the facilities. CONSTITUTION:A styrene resin foam 2 is dropped onto a solvent 6 for the foam 2. The foam 2 in a floating state is dissolved in the solvent 6. The resulting styrene resin solution may be reclaimed or discarded.</p> |
