<p>PURPOSE:To provide a sound proofing cover which can be wound around a pipe for flow of fluid under a high-temperature atmosphere so as to reduce sbnormal noises such as blowing noises or resonance noises, and which facilitates operation winding around the pipe and prevents peeling-off after winding. CONSTITUTION:A sound proofing cover 1 is wound around an outer periphery of a pipe for flow of fluid arranged under a high-temperature atmosphere, so as to reduce noises generated by the flow of the fluid. The noise-proof cover 1 is composed of a heat resistant sheet 2, a foaming sheet 3 applied to one side of the heat resistant sheet 2, and slide fasteners 4 applied to both edges of the heat resistant sheet 2, through which engagement the noise-proof cover 1 is cylindrically formed.</p> |
