The circuit generates various video signals to help engineers inspecting and fixing television sets or computer monitors. It includes a video data storing section (200) composed of several ROMs for storing video data, a ROM scanning section (100) for generating parallel video data to scan the ROMs, a video signal separator (300) for abstracting R,G,B,I signals from the output signal of the video data storing section (200), and a video signal composer (11) for composing R,G,B,I signals to composite signal.
