According to the embodiment represented, the assembly means comprise, on two opposite side faces of the cube C, a cylindrical tenon 1, and on the two other opposite side faces, a mortice 2 which complements the tenon 1. This arrangement makes it possible to assemble the cubes together instantaneously and effectively by their faces provided with the complementary means 1 and 2. The complementarity of the projections 5 and of the housings 4, which are arranged respectively above the tenons 1 and the mortices 2, makes it possible to provide for additional secure locking. In the bottom of each cube is made a punching member, moulded as one piece, which can be withdrawn as required for the purposes of stabilising the buoyancy (floating) of the platform. The invention furthermore provides a securing rail (safety guardrail) around the perimeter of the platform.
