Measurement instrument for measuring big-game trophies in Africa. to invention relates to a dressmaker's flexible centimetre rule which can be rolled up which makes it possible to measure the dimensions of the animal hunted in Africa and to know whether a record has been established by comparison with existing trophies mentioned on the centimetre rule. It consists of a plasticised tape having a length of 152 (one hundred and fifty-two) centimetres, which is marked with graduations every centimetre on the front side and every inch on the back and on which the name of the animal which is the subject of a hunting trophy in Africa is written, in ascending order (French on the front side and English on the back). The measure according to the invention is intended particularly for hunting guides and international hunters in Africa, when on safari. The measure according to the invention also exists for hunting, European version, that is to say for animals hunted in Europe and for fishing, freshwater and sea version.
