PURPOSE:To relieve the load of an enterprise by multiplexing input data signals from plural control terminal equipments and sending he multiplexed data and signals. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a cross connect section CC 250 inputting a signal from an access multiplexing section 220 to implement cross connection. A computer 270 is connected to the CC 250 and inputs a signal from the multiplexer section 220 through the CC 250 to implement prescribed processing. Thus, plural control terminal equipments implement control of the system operation. Thus, a telephone company implements the management or the like for line new installation/revision, operation service and a fault state so as to the load of general enterprises.
