CONSTITUTION:When a customer stands at the front of a customer operating part 11 to perform payment transaction and inserts the passbook P into an insertion port, the passbook P is fetched in a passbook part 21. Customer information such as a bank code, branch code, and an account code described on the cover and the back cover of the passbook P are read by the optical character reading part, and a read result is outputted to a control part 7, where prescribed passbook transaction is performed. When the transaction is completed, the control part 7 outputs a transaction amount and a transaction date to the passbook part 21, and the passbook part 21 outputs them to a printing part. Thereby, transaction content for payment can be printed on the passbook P. |
