PURPOSE:To make small a cross-sectional area of apertures of inlet path and exit path by collecting, if drop of circuit boards is detected, dropped circuit boards by opening a cover in the adequate timing. CONSTITUTION:A chain conveyor (CC) 37 is formed as a continuous system. The detected circuit board detectors (CD) 55, 57, 59 are arranged at the lower part of a heating chamber 31 and CC 37 of exist path 35. Within the heating chamber 31, collecting conveyors 61, 63 for receiving circuit boards dropped on a rising zone and reflow zone to send these circuit boards to an equally heating zone are disposed. When drop of circuit boards is detected by CD 55, 59, the open/close covers 65, 67 at the upper part of aisles open in the adequate timing to collect the dropped circuit boards. Moreover, when CD 57 detects drop of circuit boards, the collecting conveyors 61, 63 are driven and the circuit boards dropped on any zone are gathered in the lower part of the equally heating zone. The dropped circuit boards can be collected by opening the open/ close cover at the lower part of the equally heating zone in the adequate timing. |
