PURPOSE:To improve ability in run, antistatic characteristics, corrosion resistance, blocking resistance, etc., by providing a coating film, consisting essentially of a resin material, over the opposite surface of a nonmagnetic base. CONSTITUTION:The opposite surface of a nonmagnetic base such as a polyethylene terephthalate film having a ferromagnetic thin metallic film on the surface by vapor-depositing cobalt alloy, etc., is coated with the paint obtained by adding at least one solid-state antistatic agent, such as carbon black and particulate graphite, and silicone oil of dimethyl polysiloxane, methyl phenyl polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, etc., to a resin binder made of thermoplastic polyester. |
