PURPOSE:To discriminate the presence of a disturbing radio wave without restricting the use of a random access channel in a mobile station by negotiating it that the mobile station does not make transmission in a prescribed frame and discriminating it to be a disturbing radio wave when a carrier is received for the period of the frame. CONSTITUTION:A mobile body 2 sends a calling data of a random access channel R on an incoming BCCH carrier 4 upon the detection of a call request from a subscriber and informs it to a base station 1. In this case, a control section of the mobile body 2 controls it that a disturbing wave detection exclusive frame is not in use. On the other hand, a control section of the base station 1 monitors position information of the disturbing wave detection exclusive frame inputted from a disturbing wave detection exclusive frame detection section. Thus, when the reception random access channel R at a current point of time is the disturbing wave detection exclusive frame and the carrier is detected continuously for a reference time or over, it is discriminated to be a disturbing wave and the transmission of an outgoing BCCH carrier 3 is stopped. |
