PURPOSE:To provide the automatic exposure controller for a video camera by which an optimal exposure control can be always attained regardless of a photographing circumstance or a photographing situation. CONSTITUTION:This device is a video camera equipped with plural program photographing modes which can be arbitrarily selected according to a photographing condition, and data tables 19a, 19b, and 19c which store control data according to the mode in each program photographing mode, and the data table is switched according to the switching of the program photographing mode. And also, this device is the program photographing device of the video camera equipped with the plural data tables whose control data are made different according to the photographing situation in the specific program photographing mode, and the data table is selectively operated according to the photographing situation without switching the program photographing mode when this mode is set. |
