An initial hole (6) is drilled at an angle through the wall panel into the inner wall (2). A second smaller hole (5) is drilled slightly off centre to the first. A bolt (7) is located in the holes. A bolt cap (8) eccentrically positioned on the bolt, is rotated and thus fixes the panel to the wall as well as vertically supporting the upper panel (1).The outer panel can be a weather proof cladding applied to a concrete wall.
