ELECTROLYTIC CLEANING COMPOSITION FOR REMOVING LUBRICANT OF A STAINLESS STEEL

The electrolytic detergent composition is composed of 40-55 wt. parts of sodium hydroxide (NaOH), 20-30 wt. parts of sodium gluconate, 5-10 wt. parts of ethylene diamine tetra-acetate (EDTA-4Na), 10-15 wt. parts of sodium pyrophosphate (Na4P2O7) and 5-10 wt. parts of borax (Na2B4O7). The electrolytic detergent composition has a good detergency, and prevents a generation of a poisonous gas in the removal of the lubricant on the stainless steel.
