The cavity originates stationary acoustic wave based on acoustic waves generated by the element, where the stationary acoustic wave has a resonant frequency that comprises a range of frequency of acoustic waves generated by the element. An acoustic absorption unit (88) has acoustic absorption at the resonant frequency or around the resonant frequency.
