PURPOSE:To ensure that documents can be easily output by customer by providing a means for merging document output data and form information data such as rule and headline in a single file. CONSTITUTION:A means for merging a form 1 reads document output data prepared based on various sets of data according to a document output data file 4 composed of various addresses for each document. In addition, various forms including rules and headlines are read in accordance with a form information data file 5. Further, the merged data is stored in a merged data file 6. On the other hand, a means for sorting data 2 reads the merged data and rearranges its position, and documents with the rearranged data for each address are stored in an address-wise data file 7, and then a means for outputting documents 3 prints out sets of data from the address-wise data file 7 as various documents for respective addresses 8. |
