PURPOSE:To visually identify whether a vice is returned to a home position in an easy manner to positively prevent a malfunction during the use of an automatic plate replacing device by providing switches to be operated when vices are adjusted and indication parts lighting when the switches are turned ON. CONSTITUTION:In a multi-color printing press, switches 11-14 to be operated when vices are adjusted and indication parts 21-24 lighting when the switches are operated are provided in printing devices for every color. Namely, when the switches 11-14 are operated, the indication parts 21-24 are lighted through contacts 11a-14a. Another contacts 11b-14b of the switches 11-14 are serially connected to an automatic plate replacing device 3. When the position of the vice is to be adjusted, the switch 1 of the appropriate device is operated to light the corresponding indication part 2 to inform an operator that the vice is being adjusted. Furthermore, since an earth circuit is interrupted, the automatic plate replacing device 3 cannot be actuated even when the switch 1 of any of the devices is operated. |
