POLY(DI-N-BUTYLSTANNANE) AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To simply obtain the title polymer useful as a photoresist having high sensitivity, having uniqueness not found in existing polymer materials by reacting di-n-butyldichlorostannane with metal Na in the presence of a crown ether. CONSTITUTION:Di-n-butyldichlorostannane is reacted with metal Na in the presence of a crown ether (e.g. 18-crown-6-ether) to give the objective polymer shown by the formula. The reaction is preferably carried out under a dehydrating condition in an inert gas atmosphere at 110 deg.C while cutting light rays in the room.
