发明名称 FILAMENT WINDING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to stably obtain favorable fiber reinforced resin formed body at high productivity rate by a method wherein resin-impregnated roving fibers, which are converged in the form of tape by means of the respective gaps and slits of a traverse eye consisting of pins arranged like a comb having a large number of the gaps and a pair of slit bars, are wound round a mandrel and then resin is hardened. CONSTITUTION:A large number of roving fibers 11-13 are impregnated with resin. The resin-impregnated roving fibers 11-13 are passed at least one by one through the respective gaps and slits of a traverse eye 50 consisting of pins 502 arranged like a comb having a large number of the gaps and a pair of slit bars 503 arranged normal and close to the pins. At this case, a large number of the resin-impregnated roving fibers 11'-13' are satisfactorily converged in the form of tape during passing through the respective gaps 501 and slits 504 of the traverse eye 50 by being restricted with the respective gaps and slits so as not to interfere with each other. Accordingly, the tensions in a large number of the resin-impregnated roving fibers 11'-13' becomes hard to be ununiform, resulting in developing no sagging and allowing to improve the quality of the resultant formed body.
