PURPOSE:To provide a vulcanization apparatus for an endless rubber belt wherein no cap member is necessary, any step exchange caused by change in size of a rubber belt molding is not needed, vulcanization work is simple, qualify of the rubber belt can be improved, good yield is obtd. CONSTITUTION:A vulcanization vessel 1 having an opening lid 2 on its upper end part and a mold 21 inserted in the vulcanization vessel 1 are provided. The length of a rubber sleeve 22, with which the circumference of unvulcanized rubber belt molded body A molded on the outer periphery of the mold 21 is covered, is made a little longer than the height of the mold 21 in such a way that under the covered condition, both ends of the rubber sleeve 22 are a little projected from the upper and lower faces of the mold 21. A pedestal 3 is provided at the lower end part in the vulcanization vessel 1 and a pressing stage 10 corresponding to the pedestal 3 is set so as to be freely forwarded and retreated to the opening lid 2 through a hydraulic cylinder 11 and insides of the pressing stage 10 and the pedestal 3 are constituted of a cooling jacket 10c. |
