PURPOSE:To attain the high speed of the preparation, the reference, the update and the printing, etc., of document data by preventing operation to start or end a document editing means from following by its residence on a memory. CONSTITUTION:A document data selecting means 2 selects the document data to be processed by a user. A document data managing means 3 manages plural document data. The document editing means 6 is provided with a resident means 5 resident on the memory. A pre-starting means 1 starts the document editing means 6 in advance. A residence managing means 4 manages the document editing means 6 resident on the memory. |
