An acoustic probe for measurement of gas carrying capacity of rocks, with a casing composed of two parts, whereas those parts of are disjoinable, fitted with a converter of mechanical vibration into electric pulses, a connector and a rubber gasket with a lock mechanism located between the casing parts, the lower part of which is perforated, characterised in that the lower perforated part (1) includes a rubber container (7) that accommodates a connector (4) ended with a cutter (6) to cut the container (7) through, whereas the connector (4) is fitted with a converter (5) of mechanical vibration into electrical impulses.<IMAGE>
